"Redmon Health specializes in private, 1 on 1 and small group personal training with adults 35+. No gym memberships or crowds here. Just you and your trainer. We also do small group training with 2-4 people if a group training session is your preference. Nutrition coaching and weight loss coaching are also our specialties, with an added expertise in GLP-1 coaching for individuals who are using GLP-1 weight loss medications like semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, etc….
